Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer to a baking tray or pizza stone.
- Brush the dough lightly with olive oil.
- Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
- Add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve.
