Description

A creamy and indulgent white pizza topped with ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, and olive oil for a rich, satisfying flavor without tomato sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer to a baking tray or pizza stone.
  3. Brush the dough lightly with olive oil.
  4. Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve.
