Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 can (150–200g) tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out a small portion of the flesh and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped celery, red onion, and reserved avocado flesh.
