Description

Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads or naan
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or sliced
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro or parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray.
  2. Place flatbreads on the tray and lightly brush with olive oil.
  3. Spread barbecue sauce evenly over each flatbread.
  4. Top with cooked chicken, distributing it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken.
  6. Add thin slices of red onion on top.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and edges are crisp.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro or parsley.
  9. Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
