Ingredients
- 2 flatbreads or naan
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or sliced
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons cilantro or parsley, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray.
- Place flatbreads on the tray and lightly brush with olive oil.
- Spread barbecue sauce evenly over each flatbread.
- Top with cooked chicken, distributing it evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken.
