Description

An incredibly quick and flavorful noodle stir fry made with simple ingredients, perfect for a satisfying meal in minutes.


Ingredients

  • 200g noodles (instant, rice noodles, or spaghetti)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon oil for cooking
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, or cabbage)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 egg or 1/2 cup cooked protein (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan or wok over high heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add vegetables and stir fry quickly until just tender but still crisp.
  4. If using egg, push vegetables to one side and scramble the egg in the pan.
  5. Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring well to coat the noodles evenly.
  7. Add green onions, salt, and black pepper, then toss and serve immediately.
