Ingredients

- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons yogurt (optional)
Instructions
- Add rolled oats, chia seeds, and matcha powder to a jar or bowl.
- Pour in the milk and stir well until the matcha is fully dissolved.
- Mix in the maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Stir in yogurt if using for extra creaminess.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
