Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add rolled oats, chia seeds, and matcha powder to a jar or bowl.
  2. Pour in the milk and stir well until the matcha is fully dissolved.
  3. Mix in the maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Stir in yogurt if using for extra creaminess.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
