Description

Refreshing and creamy frozen ice pops made with sweet strawberries and yogurt for a light, fruity, and satisfying homemade treat perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh strawberry slices for layering if desired

Instructions

  1. Add the strawberries, vanilla yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon juice to a blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  3. If desired, stir in a few small strawberry pieces for extra texture.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into ice pop molds.
  5. Add fresh strawberry slices into the molds for decoration if desired.
  6. Insert the ice pop sticks and freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours until completely solid.
  7. Before serving, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to help release the ice pops easily.

Notes

  • Frozen strawberries can be used if thawed slightly before blending.
  • Greek yogurt creates a thicker and creamier texture.
  • Dairy-free yogurt alternatives made from coconut, almond, or oat milk work well for a dairy-free version.
  • Add blueberries, raspberries, or peaches for extra fruity flavor.
  • Swirl in strawberry jam or melted chocolate before freezing for added flavor.
  • Granola or crushed graham crackers add a fun crunchy texture.
  • Store the ice pops in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
  • Once frozen, remove the pops from molds and wrap individually for easier storage.
  • Let the ice pops sit at room temperature for 1 minute if they are too firm to bite.
