  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Add the steak cubes and toss until evenly coated in the marinade.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
  5. Thread the steak, bell peppers, and onion pieces alternately onto the skewers.
  6. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  7. Grill the kebabs for 8–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak reaches the desired level of doneness.
  8. Remove the kebabs from the grill and allow them to rest for a few minutes.
  9. Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes.

Notes

  • Sirloin is ideal for kebabs because it is tender and holds its shape well during grilling.
  • Ribeye or New York strip steak can be substituted for extra richness.
  • Add mushrooms, zucchini, or cherry tomatoes for additional vegetables.
  • For a Mediterranean-inspired flavor, add lemon zest and oregano to the marinade.
  • Brush grilled kebabs with garlic butter for extra flavor.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
  • Cooked steak pieces can be frozen for up to 3 months.
