Description

Peanut Butter Cup Protein Fluff is a creamy, fluffy, high-protein dessert that tastes like a chocolate peanut butter treat. This quick no-bake recipe is cold, satisfying, and easy to customize with toppings like chocolate syrup, cereal, or peanut butter cups.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop chocolate or peanut butter protein powder
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/3 frozen banana (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum (optional, for extra fluffiness)
  • 1 mini peanut butter cup, chopped
  • Sugar-free chocolate syrup, optional for topping

Instructions

  1. Add the protein powder, ice, almond milk, peanut butter, frozen banana, and xanthan gum to a food processor or high-speed blender.
  2. Blend for 3 to 5 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed, until the mixture becomes thick, smooth, and fluffy.
  3. Spoon the protein fluff into a bowl.
  4. Top with chopped peanut butter cup and drizzle with sugar-free chocolate syrup if desired.
  5. Serve immediately while cold and fluffy.

Notes

  • You can skip the xanthan gum, but the fluff will be less thick and airy.
  • Whey or whey-casein protein powders usually create the fluffiest texture.
  • For a lighter version, use peanut butter powder instead of regular peanut butter.
  • Add crushed cereal, chocolate chips, or chopped peanuts for extra crunch.
  • Reduce the milk slightly and blend longer for a thicker consistency.
  • This recipe is best enjoyed immediately after blending.
  • If storing, keep in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 hour.
