Ingredients
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 small garlic clove, finely minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
- Toasted bread or crostini for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, black pepper, and honey if using.
