A fresh and vibrant salad featuring caramelized grilled peaches, juicy blueberries, and crisp greens, balanced with a light tangy dressing and creamy cheese.
Ingredients
- 2–3 fresh peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 cup blueberries
- 4 cups mixed greens or arugula
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1–2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup goat cheese or feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup walnuts or almonds (optional)
Instructions
- Lightly brush the peach halves with olive oil.
- Grill the peaches for 3–5 minutes per side until grill marks appear and they soften slightly.
- Remove from the grill, let cool slightly, then slice into wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens and blueberries.
- Arrange grilled peach slices on top of the greens.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar or lemon juice.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Add crumbled goat cheese and nuts if using.
- Toss gently and serve immediately.

- Use ripe but firm peaches for best grilling results.
- A grill pan or oven roasting can be used instead of an outdoor grill.
