Description

A fresh and colorful fruit salad made with a mix of juicy berries, tropical fruits, and citrus. This naturally sweet and refreshing dish is quick to prepare, requires no cooking, and works perfectly as a snack, side dish, or light dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup grapes (red or green), halved
  • 1 cup pineapple, chopped
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 2 kiwis, sliced
  • 1 orange, segmented (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all fruit by slicing or chopping into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Add the strawberries, blueberries, grapes, pineapple, mango, kiwi, and optional orange segments to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Squeeze lemon or lime juice evenly over the fruit.
  4. Drizzle honey over the fruit if additional sweetness is desired.
  5. Gently toss everything together until evenly combined.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh mint if using.
  7. Chill the fruit salad for 10–15 minutes before serving for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

  • Watermelon adds extra juiciness and freshness.
  • Pomegranate seeds provide a crunchy texture and vibrant color.
  • Yogurt can be mixed in for a creamy fruit salad variation.
  • Coconut flakes add a tropical flavor twist.
  • Citrus zest enhances aroma and brightness.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Stir before serving because natural fruit juices may settle at the bottom.
  • Best enjoyed fresh and served cold.
