Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup heavy cream or whipped cream

Instructions
- Blend the strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Strain the mixture if a smoother texture is desired.
- Whip the cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
