Description

A light and airy strawberry mousse made with fresh strawberries and whipped cream for a simple, elegant, and refreshing dessert perfect for warm days or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup heavy cream or whipped cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon gelatin or agar-agar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture if a smoother texture is desired.
  3. Whip the cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
