Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups roasted cashews
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler.
  3. Stir until the chocolate becomes smooth and glossy.
