Ingredients
- 2 cups dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups roasted cashews
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler.
- Stir until the chocolate becomes smooth and glossy.
- Mix the roasted cashews and vanilla extract into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
