Description

Quick and flavorful crispy grilled shrimp coated in smoky spices and finished with a rich lemon garlic butter sauce for a bright and indulgent dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp or prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Pat shrimp dry and toss with olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly crispy.
  4. In a small pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest, then remove from heat.
  6. Drizzle lemon garlic butter over grilled shrimp.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
