Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp or prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry and toss with olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly crispy.
- In a small pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest, then remove from heat.
- Drizzle lemon garlic butter over grilled shrimp.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
