Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or regular yogurt (optional)
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 to 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers (optional, for topping or blending)
Instructions
- Add coconut milk, banana, lime juice, lime zest, yogurt, and honey or maple syrup into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until thick and well combined.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or lime flavor if needed.
- Pour into a glass or bowl.
- Top with crushed graham crackers if desired and serve immediately.
