  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add chopped carrots and banana into a blender.
  2. Pour in the milk and add Greek yogurt if using.
  3. Add maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
  4. Add ice cubes.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  6. Adjust consistency by adding more milk if needed and blend again.
