Ingredients
- 1 cup carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 ripe banana
- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Add chopped carrots and banana into a blender.
- Pour in the milk and add Greek yogurt if using.
- Add maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
- Add ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust consistency by adding more milk if needed and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
