Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup vegan mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup olives, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to desired thickness and transfer to a baking tray or pizza stone.
  3. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
  4. Sprinkle vegan mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Add mushrooms, bell peppers, red onion, and olives evenly on top.
  6. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from oven, top with fresh basil, slice, and serve.
