Description

A vibrant and refreshing smoothie made with mixed berries, banana, and milk, delivering a naturally sweet, tangy, and energizing boost.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (optional)
  • 12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add mixed berries, banana, milk, and yogurt (if using) to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice or extra frozen fruit if a thicker texture is desired, then blend again.
  4. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if needed, then blend briefly to combine.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Frozen berries work great for a thicker, colder smoothie.
  • Add spinach for extra nutrients without altering the flavor much.
  • Include protein powder or nut butter for added protein.
  • Substitute banana with avocado or yogurt for a different creamy texture.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours and stir before drinking.
