Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/2 cup yogurt (optional)
- 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice (optional)
Instructions
- Add mixed berries, banana, milk, and yogurt (if using) to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice or extra frozen fruit if a thicker texture is desired, then blend again.
- Taste and add honey or maple syrup if needed, then blend briefly to combine.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
