Ingredients
- 1 cup ripe mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup dragon fruit (pitaya), scooped
- 1 banana (optional)
- 3/4 cup coconut milk or almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon lime juice (optional)
Instructions
- Add mango, dragon fruit, and banana (if using) into a blender.
- Pour in coconut milk or almond milk.
- Add ice cubes and sweetener if desired.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Stop and scrape down the sides if needed, then blend again.
- Adjust consistency by adding more milk if too thick.
- Stir in lime juice if using and blend briefly.
- Pour into a glass or bowl and serve immediately.

- Using frozen fruit creates a thicker and colder smoothie.
