Description

A refreshing and vibrant tropical smoothie made with sweet mango and dragon fruit, blended into a creamy, naturally sweet drink that feels like a Bali-inspired escape.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup dragon fruit (pitaya), scooped
  • 1 banana (optional)
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add mango, dragon fruit, and banana (if using) into a blender.
  2. Pour in coconut milk or almond milk.
  3. Add ice cubes and sweetener if desired.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed, then blend again.
  6. Adjust consistency by adding more milk if too thick.
  7. Stir in lime juice if using and blend briefly.
  8. Pour into a glass or bowl and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Using frozen fruit creates a thicker and colder smoothie.
  • Adjust sweetness depending on fruit ripeness.
  • Skip banana for a lighter texture.
  • Add chia seeds or protein powder for extra nutrition.
  • Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
