Ingredients
- 3 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 2 cups red cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds or peanuts
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- For the dressing:
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey or sugar
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded green cabbage and red cabbage.
- Add shredded carrots, green onions, and cilantro.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle sliced almonds or peanuts and sesame seeds on top just before serving.
