Description

Witch’s Cauldron Pudding Cups are spooky, fun, and no-bake Halloween treats made with chocolate pudding, crushed cookies, and festive candy decorations. These kid-friendly cups are quick to make, customizable, and perfect for a party or playful dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
  • 1 cup whipped topping or whipped cream
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • Assorted Halloween candies (gummy worms, candy eyeballs, candy bones, sprinkles)
  • 68 small cups or bowls for serving

Instructions

  1. Whisk together chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Chill in the fridge for 5 minutes to set.
  2. If using, mix green food coloring into whipped topping to create a “slime” effect.
  3. Spoon pudding into cups or bowls, filling about two-thirds full.
  4. Sprinkle crushed cookies over pudding to resemble dirt or cauldron soot.
  5. Add a dollop of green whipped topping and decorate with Halloween candies for a bubbling cauldron effect.
  6. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve. Add candy decorations just before serving for best texture.

Notes

  • Use vanilla or pistachio pudding with green coloring for a different take.
  • Add a splash of espresso or Baileys for an adult version.
  • Dye cookie crumbs black for an extra spooky look.
  • Make allergy-friendly by using dairy-free pudding and gluten-free cookies.
  • Let kids decorate their own cups for a fun activity.
