Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 1/2 cup vegan butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the flour on a baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes to heat-treat it, then allow it to cool completely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened vegan butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the plant-based milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  4. Gradually mix in the cooled heat-treated flour until a soft dough forms.
  5. Fold in the vegan chocolate chips and mix until evenly distributed.
