Description

Ultimate Marry Me Chicken Ramen combines the creamy, savory flavors of the beloved marry me chicken with rich, slurpable ramen noodles. It’s a cozy, luxurious dish that’s perfect for impressing without the fuss.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 packs plain ramen noodles (no seasoning)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large pot or deep skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through, about 4–5 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
  3. In the same pot, add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in chicken broth, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  6. Add ramen noodles to the pot. Cook according to package directions, stirring gently.
  7. Return sliced chicken to the pot. Simmer for a few more minutes to meld flavors.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Add spinach or mushrooms for extra texture and nutrition.
  • Swap heavy cream with coconut milk for a dairy-free twist.
  • Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
  • Control spice level by adjusting red pepper flakes or adding chili oil.
  • Reheat with a splash of broth or cream to refresh the sauce.
