Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol (or preferred sugar-free sweetener)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional:
  • Sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, eggs, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing until a thick batter forms.
  4. Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips if using.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until set.
  7. Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing.
