Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup powdered erythritol (or preferred sugar-free sweetener)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Optional:
- Sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, eggs, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing until a thick batter forms.
- Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until set.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- Add chopped nuts for extra crunch.
- Mix in a pinch of instant coffee powder for deeper chocolate flavor.
- Swirl peanut butter on top before baking for variation.
- Store at room temperature for up to 2 days or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
