Description

Strawberry Mojito is a fresh and fruity twist on the classic mojito, blending ripe strawberries, mint, lime, and soda for a light, refreshing drink perfect for summer. Optional white rum adds a festive kick.


Ingredients

  • 34 fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 68 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 lime, cut into wedges
  • 12 teaspoons granulated sugar or 1 tablespoon simple syrup
  • 2 oz white rum (optional)
  • 1/2 cup club soda or sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: extra mint sprigs, lime slices, or strawberry halves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add strawberries, mint leaves, lime wedges, and sugar (or simple syrup) to a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker.
  2. Gently muddle to release the juices, avoiding over-crushing the mint.
  3. If using rum, pour it in and stir or shake well.
  4. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice, or pour the entire mixture into the glass.
  5. Top with club soda and stir gently to combine.
  6. Garnish with mint, lime, or strawberries as desired. Serve immediately.
