Description

A fresh, naturally sweet strawberry juice made with real fruit and minimal ingredients, perfect for a refreshing drink any time of day.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 12 tsp honey or sugar (optional, to taste)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries.
  2. Add strawberries, cold water, and lemon juice to a blender.
  3. Blend until completely smooth.
  4. Optional: Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture.
  5. Taste and add honey or sugar if needed, then blend briefly again.
  6. Serve immediately over ice or chill in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes

  • Ripe strawberries may not need added sweetener.
  • Straining is optional and depends on desired texture.
