Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1–2 tsp honey or sugar (optional, to taste)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- Add strawberries, cold water, and lemon juice to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Optional: Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture.
- Taste and add honey or sugar if needed, then blend briefly again.
- Serve immediately over ice or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Notes
- Ripe strawberries may not need added sweetener.
- Straining is optional and depends on desired texture.
- Add mint leaves or other fruits for flavor variations.
- Shake or stir before serving if stored.
