Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup strawberry glaze or strawberry jam (optional)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened (optional for richer filling)

Instructions

  1. Whisk the pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. For a richer filling, beat in softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping gently until combined and fluffy.
  3. Layer graham crackers in the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish, breaking as needed to fit.
  4. Spread half the pudding mixture over the crackers. Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
