Description

This strawberry Dole whip is a light, fruity frozen dessert made with strawberries, pineapple juice, and a touch of creaminess for a refreshing treat.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 23 tbsp honey or sugar (optional, to taste)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1/4 cup coconut milk or Greek yogurt for creaminess

Instructions

  1. Add frozen strawberries, pineapple juice, honey (if using), lemon juice, and vanilla extract to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. For a creamier texture, blend in coconut milk or Greek yogurt.
  4. Serve immediately for soft-serve consistency or freeze 1–2 hours for a firmer texture.
  5. Scoop or pipe into bowls and enjoy.

Notes

  • Swap half the strawberries for pineapple chunks for a strawberry-pineapple swirl.
  • Use coconut milk for a dairy-free creamy version.
  • Add mint leaves before blending for extra freshness.
  • Let frozen leftovers sit at room temp for 10 minutes before scooping.
  • Pipe with a star tip for the classic Dole whip swirl look.
