Description

Soft, fluffy donuts filled with creamy cheesecake and topped with a sweet strawberry glaze or fresh strawberry pieces for a fun, indulgent treat.


Ingredients

    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 2 teaspoons baking powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 2 large eggs
    • 3/4 cup milk
    • 1/4 cup butter, melted
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the cheesecake filling:

    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the strawberry topping/glaze:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced, or 1/2 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a thick batter.
  4. Fill a greased donut pan with the batter and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool completely.
  5. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and fluffy to make the cheesecake filling.
  6. Stir diced strawberries or jam with powdered sugar and optional lemon juice to create the glaze.
  7. Pipe the cheesecake filling into the center of each cooled donut using a piping bag or zip-top bag.
  8. Spoon or drizzle the strawberry topping over each donut. Allow to set before serving.
