Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the cheesecake filling:

- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the strawberry topping/glaze:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced, or 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a thick batter.
- Fill a greased donut pan with the batter and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and fluffy to make the cheesecake filling.
- Stir diced strawberries or jam with powdered sugar and optional lemon juice to create the glaze.
- Pipe the cheesecake filling into the center of each cooled donut using a piping bag or zip-top bag.
- Spoon or drizzle the strawberry topping over each donut. Allow to set before serving.
Notes
- Use store-bought plain donuts for a quick shortcut.
- Swap strawberries for raspberries or blueberries for a new flavor.
- Dip donuts in melted white chocolate before adding the strawberry topping for extra richness.
