Description
Strawberry Banana Juice is a refreshing, naturally sweet drink made with real strawberries, ripe banana, and your choice of liquid for blending. It’s creamy, fruity, and perfect for a quick, healthy refreshment any time of day.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled
- 1 ripe banana
- 3/4 cup water, coconut water, or orange juice
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
Instructions
- Add strawberries, banana, and liquid of choice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- If too thick, add a bit more liquid and blend again.
- Taste and add honey or lemon juice, if desired, to adjust sweetness and flavor.
- Pour into glasses over ice and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use frozen fruit for a thicker, colder juice—similar to a smoothie.
- Coconut water adds subtle tropical flavor and extra hydration.
- Add a handful of spinach or protein powder for a nutrition boost.
- No need to strain unless you prefer a thinner texture.
- Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake well before drinking.
