Description

Strawberry Banana Juice is a refreshing, naturally sweet drink made with real strawberries, ripe banana, and your choice of liquid for blending. It’s creamy, fruity, and perfect for a quick, healthy refreshment any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3/4 cup water, coconut water, or orange juice
  • 12 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional, for brightness)

Instructions

  1. Add strawberries, banana, and liquid of choice to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. If too thick, add a bit more liquid and blend again.
  4. Taste and add honey or lemon juice, if desired, to adjust sweetness and flavor.
  5. Pour into glasses over ice and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use frozen fruit for a thicker, colder juice—similar to a smoothie.
  • Coconut water adds subtle tropical flavor and extra hydration.
  • Add a handful of spinach or protein powder for a nutrition boost.
  • No need to strain unless you prefer a thinner texture.
  • Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake well before drinking.
