Description

Spinach Dip Cheese Crisps are crispy, savory bites that pack all the flavor of classic spinach dip into low-carb, baked cheese rounds. They’re a perfect snack or appetizer that’s easy, quick, and keto-friendly.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Mix mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Scoop 1 tablespoon portions onto the baking sheet, spacing a couple of inches apart. Flatten slightly.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden and bubbling at the edges.
  5. Cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before removing with a spatula.

Notes

  • Add chopped artichokes for a classic dip twist.
  • Use cheddar or pepper jack for a bolder flavor.
  • Mix in red pepper flakes, bacon bits, or sun-dried tomatoes for variety.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 3 days and re-crisp in the oven or toaster oven.
