Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the cooked chicken and season with taco seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir and cook for a few minutes until the chicken is heated through and fragrant.
- Warm the tortillas briefly in a skillet or microwave until soft and flexible.
- Lay each tortilla flat and place shredded lettuce in the center.
- Add the seasoned chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Drizzle ranch dressing evenly over the filling.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly into a wrap.
- Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.
