Description

Quick and flavorful Southwest chicken wraps filled with seasoned chicken, fresh vegetables, black beans, corn, and creamy ranch dressing wrapped in soft tortillas.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the cooked chicken and season with taco seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stir and cook for a few minutes until the chicken is heated through and fragrant.
  4. Warm the tortillas briefly in a skillet or microwave until soft and flexible.
  5. Lay each tortilla flat and place shredded lettuce in the center.
  6. Add the seasoned chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Drizzle ranch dressing evenly over the filling.
  8. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly into a wrap.
  9. Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.
