Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
- 1 whole head of garlic, cloves peeled and thinly sliced

- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Heat olive oil or butter in a large pot over medium heat.

- Place a slice of toasted rustic bread into each bowl and ladle hot soup over the top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
