Ingredients
- 200g cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (280g) Rotel tomatoes, lightly drained
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
- Tortilla chips or crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese to make mixing easier.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Lightly drain the Rotel tomatoes to remove excess liquid.
- Fold in the Rotel tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the dip to a serving dish.
- Top with chopped green onions.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
