Description

Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites are soft, chewy mini treats baked in muffin tins with a melty chocolate chip cookie base and a mini Reese’s cup pressed into the center. Perfect for parties or gifting.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 24 mini Reese’s peanut butter cups, unwrapped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin or line with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough into each muffin cup and press slightly to form a small well.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden and tops are set.
  8. Immediately press a mini Reese’s cup into each cookie bite.
  9. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • Use crunchy peanut butter for texture variation.
  • Try with mini Snickers, Rolos, or other candies.
  • White chocolate or butterscotch chips make fun flavor swaps.
  • Add sprinkles or drizzle with chocolate for decoration.
  • Grease pan or use liners to prevent sticking.
