Description
Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites are soft, chewy mini treats baked in muffin tins with a melty chocolate chip cookie base and a mini Reese’s cup pressed into the center. Perfect for parties or gifting.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 24 mini Reese’s peanut butter cups, unwrapped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin or line with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough into each muffin cup and press slightly to form a small well.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden and tops are set.
- Immediately press a mini Reese’s cup into each cookie bite.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Use crunchy peanut butter for texture variation.
- Try with mini Snickers, Rolos, or other candies.
- White chocolate or butterscotch chips make fun flavor swaps.
- Add sprinkles or drizzle with chocolate for decoration.
