Description

Quick Mediterranean chicken tacos loaded with juicy seasoned chicken, fresh vegetables, feta cheese, and a creamy tangy yogurt sauce for a fresh and flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 small tortillas (or lettuce wraps for low-carb option)
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • For the sauce:
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
