Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped

- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Pre-made or homemade pie crust (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef and chopped onion with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread mixture in a greased 9-inch pie dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, flour, and baking powder until smooth.
- Pour batter over beef and top evenly with shredded cheddar cheese.
