Ingredients
- 6–8 sheets phyllo dough
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese or mascarpone
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh fruits (berries, kiwi, peaches, etc.)
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or fruit glaze (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Layer phyllo sheets in a tart pan, brushing each layer lightly with melted butter.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Let the crust cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese or mascarpone with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the filling evenly over the cooled crust.
- Arrange fresh fruit on top as desired.
- Drizzle with honey or brush with fruit glaze if using.
- Serve immediately.
