Ingredients

  • 68 sheets phyllo dough
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese or mascarpone
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh fruits (berries, kiwi, peaches, etc.)
  • 12 tablespoons honey or fruit glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Layer phyllo sheets in a tart pan, brushing each layer lightly with melted butter.
  3. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and crisp.
  4. Let the crust cool completely.
  5. In a bowl, mix cream cheese or mascarpone with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Spread the filling evenly over the cooled crust.
  7. Arrange fresh fruit on top as desired.
  8. Drizzle with honey or brush with fruit glaze if using.
  9. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Keep phyllo dough covered with a damp cloth to prevent drying.
  • Use Greek yogurt for a lighter filling option.
  • Add lemon zest for extra freshness.
  • Choose seasonal fruits for best flavor.
  • Best enjoyed fresh as the crust softens over time.
