Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- For glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 cup peanut butter, 2–3 tbsp milk or cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, alternating with milk, until smooth.
- Spoon batter into donut pan, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool donuts completely.
- For glaze, mix powdered sugar, peanut butter, and milk or cream until smooth.
- Dip or drizzle glaze over cooled donuts and let set before serving.

- Add chopped peanuts or chocolate chips to the batter for texture.
- Swap peanut butter with almond or cashew butter for flavor variation.
- Sprinkle crushed pretzels or mini chocolate chips on glaze for extra fun.
