Description

Soft, fluffy donuts infused with creamy peanut butter cheesecake flavor, topped with a rich peanut butter glaze for a delicious treat.


Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • For glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 cup peanut butter, 2–3 tbsp milk or cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, alternating with milk, until smooth.
  6. Spoon batter into donut pan, filling each about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool donuts completely.
  9. For glaze, mix powdered sugar, peanut butter, and milk or cream until smooth.
  10. Dip or drizzle glaze over cooled donuts and let set before serving.
