Description

A refreshing and creamy peach smoothie made with ripe peaches, banana, yogurt, and milk. Naturally sweet and quick to prepare, this fruity drink is perfect for breakfast, a snack, or a light energy boost.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen peaches, sliced
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the sliced peaches and banana to a blender.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt and milk to create a creamy base.
  3. If desired, add honey or maple syrup for additional sweetness and vanilla extract for extra flavor.
  4. Add the ice cubes to the blender.
  5. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  6. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
  7. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Frozen peaches can be used instead of fresh and will create a thicker, colder smoothie.
