Description
The Peach Bellini Mocktail is a sparkling, fruity, non-alcoholic drink made with sweet peach purée and fizzy cider or soda—perfect for brunches, showers, or any festive gathering.
Ingredients
- 2–3 ripe peaches (fresh or frozen, peeled and sliced)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1–2 tsp honey or simple syrup (optional, to taste)
- 2 cups chilled non-alcoholic sparkling cider or lemon-lime soda
- Ice (optional)
- Mint leaves or peach slices (for garnish)
Instructions
- Peel and slice the peaches (if using fresh) and blend with lemon juice until smooth. Add honey or syrup if desired for sweetness.
- Strain the purée through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture. Chill until ready to serve.
- Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of peach purée into each glass.
- Top slowly with chilled sparkling cider or soda. Let the bubbles mix with the purée or stir gently.
- Garnish with peach slices or mint leaves and serve immediately.
Notes
- Canned peaches can be used—just drain them before blending.
- Straining the purée improves texture but is optional.
- Only assemble just before serving to preserve fizz.
- Frozen version: blend purée with ice and sparkling water for a slushie-style drink.
