Description

A refreshing and naturally sweet papaya juice with a smooth, creamy texture and bright tropical flavor, perfect for a light breakfast or midday refresh.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe papaya, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup cold water or milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime or lemon juice
  • 12 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the papaya cubes to a blender.
  2. Pour in the cold water or milk, depending on desired creaminess.
  3. Add fresh lime or lemon juice.
  4. If needed, add honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.
  5. Blend until completely smooth.
  6. Add ice cubes or additional liquid if desired and blend again.
  7. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use fully ripe papaya for the best sweetness.
  • Strain the juice if a thinner consistency is preferred.
