Ingredients
- 2 cups ripe papaya, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup cold water or milk of choice
- 1 tbsp fresh lime or lemon juice
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 0.5 cup ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Add the papaya cubes to a blender.
- Pour in the cold water or milk, depending on desired creaminess.
- Add fresh lime or lemon juice.
- If needed, add honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Add ice cubes or additional liquid if desired and blend again.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fully ripe papaya for the best sweetness.
- Strain the juice if a thinner consistency is preferred.
