Description
OREO lasagna is a creamy, no-bake layered dessert made with crushed OREO cookies, sweetened cream cheese, chocolate pudding, and whipped topping. Rich and chocolatey, it’s an easy crowd-pleaser perfect for holidays, birthdays, or potlucks.
Ingredients
- 36 OREO cookies (regular, not Double Stuf)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 16 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed and divided
- 2 packages (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- Optional: mini chocolate chips or extra crushed OREOs for topping
Instructions
- Crush OREO cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by hand with a rolling pin. Reserve 1/4 cup for topping.
- Mix remaining crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Chill while preparing layers.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over crust.
- Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes). Spread over cream cheese layer.
- Top with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with reserved crushed OREOs or mini chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use Golden OREOs and white chocolate pudding for a vanilla twist.
- Mint OREOs and crushed peppermint make a great holiday variation.
- Drizzle fudge between layers for extra richness.
- Homemade whipped cream works if stabilized.
- Crust includes OREO filling—no need to remove it.
