Description

An audacious mashup of sweet and savory—juicy beef patties and creamy Oreo cheesecake sandwiched between glazed donuts—for a playful, indulgent flavor explosion.


Ingredients

  • 2 ground beef patties (4–6 oz each)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 glazed donuts, sliced horizontally (tops and bottoms)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 2 slices cheddar or American cheese (optional)
  • 1 tbsp butter (for searing)
  • Optional: 2 strips cooked bacon

Instructions

  1. Season beef patties with salt and pepper.
  2. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in crushed Oreos for the cheesecake filling.
  3. Slice the glazed donuts and remove extra dough to allow room for filling.
  4. Heat butter in a skillet over medium–high. Sear patties 4 minutes per side, adding cheese slice during the last minute to melt. Transfer to a warm plate.
  5. Spread a layer of Oreo cheesecake onto each bottom donut half.
  6. Place the cheesy, cooked patty on top of the cheesecake layer; add bacon strips if using.
  7. Top with the matching donut top and serve immediately for a hot-and-cold, sweet-and-savory bite.
