Ingredients
- 2 ground beef patties (4–6 oz each)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 glazed donuts, sliced horizontally (tops and bottoms)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 2 slices cheddar or American cheese (optional)
- 1 tbsp butter (for searing)
- Optional: 2 strips cooked bacon
Instructions
- Season beef patties with salt and pepper.
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in crushed Oreos for the cheesecake filling.
- Slice the glazed donuts and remove extra dough to allow room for filling.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium–high. Sear patties 4 minutes per side, adding cheese slice during the last minute to melt. Transfer to a warm plate.
- Spread a layer of Oreo cheesecake onto each bottom donut half.
- Place the cheesy, cooked patty on top of the cheesecake layer; add bacon strips if using.
- Top with the matching donut top and serve immediately for a hot-and-cold, sweet-and-savory bite.
