Description

Orange juice with pulp is a fresh, citrusy beverage made from squeezed oranges, featuring the natural texture of fruit fibers for a wholesome and nutrient-rich drink.

Ingredients

  • 46 fresh oranges (navel or Valencia)
  • Optional: 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Optional: 1-2 tsp sugar or honey
  • Cold water or ice cubes, as needed

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the oranges thoroughly.
  2. Cut the oranges in half and juice them using a manual or electric juicer, pressing firmly to extract juice and pulp.
  3. If using a juicer that separates pulp, stir some pulp back into the juice according to preference.
  4. Taste the juice and add lemon juice, sugar, or honey if desired.
  5. Chill the juice or serve immediately over ice.

Notes

  • Use ripe oranges for the sweetest juice.
  • Adjust pulp level to your liking by stirring in more or straining some out.
  • Shake or stir before serving as pulp settles.
