Description

One Pot Creamy Garlic Pasta is a quick, comforting dish where pasta cooks directly in a rich, garlicky sauce. Made with pantry staples and minimal cleanup, it’s perfect for weeknight dinners or cozy meals anytime.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or linguine)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cups chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup milk or half-and-half
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh parsley or basil, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the broth and milk, bring to a simmer.
  4. Add uncooked pasta and cook uncovered, stirring often, for 10–12 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  5. Once most of the liquid has been absorbed and thickened, stir in the Parmesan cheese.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley or basil and serve warm.
