No-Bake Twix Cheesecake is a creamy, decadent dessert layered with a cookie crust, caramel cheesecake filling, chopped Twix bars, and optional drizzles of caramel and chocolate. It’s easy to make and perfect for candy lovers.
Ingredients
- 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs or graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus more for topping, optional)
- 2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream
- 6–8 Twix bars, chopped
- 1/4 cup chocolate ganache or melted chocolate (optional topping)
Instructions
- Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into a springform pan to form the crust. Chill while preparing filling.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in caramel sauce, then gently fold in whipped topping until fluffy.
- Stir in most of the chopped Twix, reserving some for topping.
- Spread the mixture into the crust and smooth the top.
- Top with remaining Twix pieces and drizzle with extra caramel and melted chocolate if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
