Description

No-Bake Twix Cheesecake is a creamy, decadent dessert layered with a cookie crust, caramel cheesecake filling, chopped Twix bars, and optional drizzles of caramel and chocolate. It’s easy to make and perfect for candy lovers.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs or graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus more for topping, optional)
  • 2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream
  • 68 Twix bars, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chocolate ganache or melted chocolate (optional topping)

Instructions

  1. Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into a springform pan to form the crust. Chill while preparing filling.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold in caramel sauce, then gently fold in whipped topping until fluffy.
  4. Stir in most of the chopped Twix, reserving some for topping.
  5. Spread the mixture into the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Top with remaining Twix pieces and drizzle with extra caramel and melted chocolate if desired.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  8. Slice and serve chilled.
