Description

No-Bake Key Lime Cheesecake Jars are creamy, tangy individual desserts layered with a graham cracker crust and luscious lime cheesecake filling. Perfect for entertaining or a refreshing treat, they’re easy to make and serve straight from the jar.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup key lime juice (fresh or bottled)
  • 1 tsp lime zest (key lime or regular)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1/2 cup whipped cream or whipped topping (for folding into filling)
  • For garnish (optional): whipped cream, extra lime zest or slices, crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until combined.
  2. Spoon crust mixture into the bottom of small jars or glasses and press gently to form a base.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract. Beat until fully blended.
  5. If desired, fold in whipped cream for a lighter texture.
  6. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling over the crust layer in each jar and smooth the tops.
  7. Cover jars and refrigerate for 2–4 hours, or until set.
  8. Before serving, top with whipped cream, lime zest, or crushed graham crackers as desired.

Notes

  • Use chocolate cookie crumbs or gingersnaps for a crust variation.
  • Add coconut flakes to the crust for tropical flavor.
  • Use low-fat cream cheese and reduced-sugar condensed milk for a lighter version.
  • Best served chilled. Not recommended for freezing.
  • Can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge up to 4 days.
