Description

This Nachos Cheese Beef Wrap transforms all your favorite nacho flavors—seasoned beef, gooey cheese, crunchy chips, and fresh toppings—into a warm, toasted wrap that’s perfect for lunch, dinner, or game-day snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce or shredded cheddar/jack blend
  • 23 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup tortilla chips, crushed (optional)
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes or pico de gallo
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for toasting)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high. Add ground beef, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6–7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Warm nacho cheese sauce or melt shredded cheese with a splash of milk until smooth.
  3. Lay out tortillas. Spread cheese sauce down the center. Add beef, crushed tortilla chips, tomatoes, jalapeños, lettuce, cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream.
  4. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll into a burrito-style wrap.
  5. Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side-down and toast 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
  6. Slice wraps in half diagonally and serve warm with extra cheese sauce or salsa if desired.

Notes

  • Use gluten-free tortillas and seasoning for a gluten-free version.
  • Prepare wraps ahead and toast before serving for quick meals.
  • Add beans, sautéed peppers, or corn for extra nutrition.
  • Use spicy cheese or sauce for a kick of heat.
