Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce or shredded cheddar/jack blend
- 2–3 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup tortilla chips, crushed (optional)
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes or pico de gallo
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)
- 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional)
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for toasting)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high. Add ground beef, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6–7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
- Warm nacho cheese sauce or melt shredded cheese with a splash of milk until smooth.
- Lay out tortillas. Spread cheese sauce down the center. Add beef, crushed tortilla chips, tomatoes, jalapeños, lettuce, cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll into a burrito-style wrap.
- Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side-down and toast 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
- Slice wraps in half diagonally and serve warm with extra cheese sauce or salsa if desired.
Notes
- Use gluten-free tortillas and seasoning for a gluten-free version.
- Prepare wraps ahead and toast before serving for quick meals.
