Description

Mini Pancake Cereal Bowls are a fun and cozy breakfast made with tiny golden pancakes served in a bowl—just like cereal! They’re easy to make, customizable with toppings, and perfect for kids and adults alike.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose or whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Butter or oil (for cooking)
  • Optional toppings: syrup, fruit, yogurt, nut butter, mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix milk, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until just combined (don’t overmix).
  4. Transfer batter to a squeeze bottle, piping bag, or use a spoon.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
